The Young Apprentice program was created to offer young people the chance to combine study and work. Apprentices work in a company for a period of up to two years, during which they also attend professional qualification courses. This hiring model allows young people to acquire practical and theoretical experience at the same time.

  • Duration: The contract can last from 1 to 2 years, depending on the agreement with the company.
  • Working Hours: The working day is up to 6 hours a day, combining work and studies.
  • Wage: The apprentice receives a salary proportional to the hours worked, in addition to benefits such as transportation vouchers and meal vouchers.

The program is aimed at young people between 14 and 24 years old who are studying or have completed primary or secondary education. Furthermore, candidates must not have a previous employment record as a Young Apprentice.

Participating in the Young Apprentice program is an excellent way to start your professional career, ensuring learning and experience in a real work environment.
