The Young Apprentice program was created to offer young people the chance to combine study and work. Apprentices work in a company for a period of up to two years, during which they also attend professional qualification courses. This hiring model allows young people to acquire practical and theoretical experience at the same time.
- Duration: The contract can last from 1 to 2 years, depending on the agreement with the company.
